Very rare
1980 Chevy 1 ton, crew-cab dually 4x4, with Top-of-the-line Silverado trim. It also has the 10,000lb GVW
"Camper Special" package. This truck is a one family
owned truck with only 86,551 actual miles on it. It is 100%
rustfree from southern California. It is a fully loaded Silverado
with a strong 400 small block, and a nice shifting turbo 400 automatic.
It also has factory A/C, tile, cruise and gauges, dual tanks,
intermittent wipers, etc. It has a 4 inch professional lift on it,
with Alcoa wheels and BFG's. The
tread on the tires is like new but they have dry rot cracks.
This truck also has all the other HD equipment: Dana 60 front, NP205
Transfer case, Dana 70 rear, etc. These were the heaviest duty 4x4
pickups GM ever produced.
This 4x4
drives excellent. It has excellent power, rides real smooth, drives tight, and stops
perfect. It has nice sounding duals on it also. The paint is
is dry and showing its age but the truck is very straight. The
inside of the bed is almost perfect with the exception of some very
light surface rust.
This is truly a one of a kind
truck.
